Here is a written step by step tutorial so you can refer back to on how to use this cool little gadget.
Step 1 – Clean and dry your hands and feet before you begin.
Step 2 – To start, remove the battery seal. Then take the nail pen, remove the protection cap and replace with the blue file head with the number 1.
Step 3 – Switch Scholl Velvet Smooth Electronic Nail Care System ‘on’ and set the speed to either normal or fast. Normal speed is for starting and more precise filing. For more power and better shine results, set the speed to fast. Once finished, check the smoothness of the nail with your fingertip.
Note: Toenail experts recommended a slightly rounded shape rather than a square shape to avoid the nails from growing in. They also recommend avoiding the see-saw motion like when you are using a regular manual nail file. This is because moving the file in only one direction will ensure the strength and stability of the nail.
Step 4 – Replace the file head with the buff head number 2 to even out and smooth the nail surface. Buffing the nails for 15 seconds max per nail every 2 weeks is enough to clean the surface of the nails without stressing them.
Step 5 – Move the buff head gently over the nail surface without putting too much pressure or staying in one spot too long. Then wipe off nail debris and particles using a damp towel.
Step 6 – Put on the white shine head number 3 for a gentle polish. Use circular motions from side-to-side and with soft pressure. If you want a better result, you can set the speed to fast.
