How to use for best results?

1. Ensure inside of shoe is clean and dry before use.
2. Remove plastic backing.
3. Look for a marking to indicate Left (L) versus Right (R) insole.
4. Place insole in the correct shoe, sticky side down.
5. Stick insole onto the footbed.
6. Replace after 6 months or first signs of wear.
7. To remove the insole, pull it slowly & gently out of the shoes.

How to clean this product?

To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak).
