Amazing - easy to order & very prompt service

Brilliant service and very quick delivery, would definitely buy from here again. I've used this product in the past and it does work but buying from here was definitely cheaper than in the stores.

The courier delivery service was very quick. I inadvertently ordered the wrong shade of makeup but a phone call to the pharmacy and it was no trouble at all to return the incorrect product and receive by return courier the right shade.

It was great dealing with you. I buy a lot of things online from various traders and I have to say I was very impressed with your quick response in regards to sending the tracking order and letting me know when you sent the item - which was the same day. I didn't think the product that I bought was available in NZ (made in the USA) and I was delighted to find that you had it in stock.

" Thank you for wonderful service. Your communication is excellent and very much appreciated. I would like to make a comment about the product I bought which unfortunately I'm a little unhappy with. I ordered the Derma Oil. The product I have been using prior to my order with you, is a purely natural oil. The oil with the same name that I have received from you, is not. I was quite disappointed to realise that the base oil in the product you sent me, has mineral oil as the base and there are other chemical products in it as well. I am a little confused, as the labels on the exterior of both boxes is the same, I assumed I was buying the same product that I have been using.

I'm not in any way suggesting there has been some intention to mislead me, but I would just like to let you know I was disappointed with the product I received. I have continued to look for the original product and I'm guessing as I can't find it, that there has been a shift in the organisation of the manufacturer. Thank you "
