Who Can Use Benefiber Powder?
Children over 7 years of age to adults.
12years-Adult: Do not exceed 20g per day.
7-11 years: Do not exceed 10g per day.
Do not exceed 20g (5 doses) per day.
How to use for best results?
Stir 2 teaspoons of Benefiber Powder into at least 1/2 cup of any beverage or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. Users should start by taking 3/4 tablespoon (4g) per day and gradually increase intake after several days as required. This will allow your system to adjust to a higher fibre intake.
