How is it different to the other bondi sands gradual tanning milks in the range?

There is no difference in colour, the only difference in the application method in that one is a milky lotion and the other is a light foam. It really comes down to what you prefer. There is also a gradual tanning milk with SPF 15 in it if you are heading straight out into the sun.

How long does the bondi sands gradual tanners colour take to build up?

This is a case of personal preference and how deep you want your tan to look.  It can take a few days to build it up, but its really up to you, just stop when you are happy with the colour.
