Brolene Eye Drops 10ml

Eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis are quite common among children during summer. Conjunctivitis affects the mucous membrane that covers the white of the eyes and it is normally characterised by inflammation of this part of the eyes. In most cases, it starts in one eye and then spreads to the other after a few days. Although common, the pain and itching associated with conjunctivitis can be very irritating, especially to children. In times like this, give them Brolene Eye Drops. An effective topical eye drop especially formulated for the treatment of minor eye infections.

What are Conjunctivitis Symptoms?

  • eyes feel gritty and irritated
  • sticky discharge
  • eyelids are sticking together
  • discharge or crusting on your eyelashes
When suffering from this condition, children in particular, will feel irritated and may be asked to skip attending classes until it is completely healed. It is a very contagious condition so utmost care is required in order to prevent contamination of other household members.  

Active Ingredient:

Each mL contains: Propamidine isethionate 1mg, Benzalkonium chloride 0.05mg (as preservative)

Recommended Dosage:

Apply 1-2 drops on the affected eye 3-4 times daily.
It should not be used for more than 1 week.

Are there any Warnings and Precautions?

Always read the label. It is best to use this product only as directed. It is meant for external use only. If the infection does not improve within 24 to 48 hours or does not clear completely in 7 days, it is best to seek medical advice. Discard this product one month after it was first opened. Do not use Brolene eye drops when wearing soft or gas permeable contact lenses. Keep it away from the reach and sight of children. Store it in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.
