Great iron supplement02.06.2016 ByLucy I have been taking these for a week after having low iron levels when I had a blood test. I chose them because they contain Vitamin C as iron can sometimes constipate you, the vitamin c helps with that. I also like the idea of replenishing b12 to get my bounce back!
