Product Ingredients:
Each Menevit capsule contains: Ascorbic acid (vitamin C) 100mg, Zinc (as zinc sulphate monohydrate) 25 mg, d-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E) 400iu, Folic Acid 500 mcg, Lycopene 6 mg, Garlic oil (equiv. allium sativum bulb fresh 1g) 333 mcg, Selenium (as selenomethionine) 26 mcg.
Dosage Recommendation:
Take one capsule a day with food. It is recommended that you take this supplement for 90 days prior to planned conception and continue to take Menevit once a day as required or as advised by your doctor.
Are there any warnings or precautions?
Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Do not take while on warfarin without medical advice. Menevit contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 100mcg of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Not suitable for use by children under 15 years. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 25 degrees Celsius (in a cool dry place).
