If the insole is too big, you can trim it to fit your exact size. You can do this by cutting along the outline that matches your shoe size. You can also use the original insole of your shoes as a guide. It is best to remove the existing insole and replace with this product with the gel inside down. Replace the insoles when showing signs of wear. Every six (6) months is recommended.
How to clean this product?
To clean, simply wipe with a warm soapy cloth (do not soak).
