Instructions for use:
Use at bedtime. Shake the can vigorously, attach the additional diffuser and secure tightly. Hold the can upside down and insert the nozzle onto the back of the mouth. With your thumb, support the applicator of the bottle and press the dispenser. Then spray contents to the back of the throat for 1 second. Swallow. Repeat steps 3 and 4 three times to optimise the effect of Silence Anti Snoring Spray.
