When you feel your eyes are dry and irritated with a frustrating burning sting on your eyes, you are most probably suffering from dry eyes. Every time we blink, there is a thin layer of tears that is spread across our cornea. This thin layer of tears provides moisture to the eyes and it is known as tear film. It acts as a protective covering that washes away the dirt that can interfere with our vision. It also provides lubrication to the eyes. Some people produce poor quality tear that is not enough to moisturise the eyes. This is when dry eye syndrome happens. Although there is no known cure for this condition, there are a number of alternative treatments. One of these is Systane Gel Drops.

Ingredients:
Active Ingredients: Polyethylene Glycol 400 0.4%, Propylene Glycol 0.3%.
Inactive Ingredients: Aminomethyl Propanol, Boric Acid, Edetate Disodium, Hydroxypropyl Guar, POLYQUADİ (polyquaternium-1) 0.001% preservative, Potassium Chloride, Sodium Chloride, Sorbitol and Purified Water. May contain Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide to adjust pH.
How to use for best results?
- Shake well before using. Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
Are there any warnings and precautions?
For external use only. Do not use: if this product changes color or becomes cloudy. if you are sensitive to any ingredient in this product.
When using this product:
- do not touch tip of container to any surface to avoid contamination
- replace cap after each use
Stop using this product and seek professional help if:
- you feel eye pain
- changes in vision occur
- redness or irritation of the eye(s) gets worse, persists or lasts more than 72 hours
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. Store at room temperature.
