Can I take Nurofen if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding? Do not take Nurofen during the first 6 months of pregnancy, except on your doctor's advice.Do not take Nurofen at all during the last 3 months of pregnancy. You can take Nurofen whilst breastfeeding, however do not take Nurofen Plus at all if you are breastfeeding as it contains codeine.
Can I take Nurofen if I've a ulcer? You shouldn't take Nurofen if you have had stomach bleeding (or perforation of the stomach or bowel). Always consult your pharmacist or your doctor before taking Nurofen with other medicines.
